1. About us

This online store at www.edlundframes.com is operated by Edlund Smide AB, company registration no. 556909-1571, Larssons väg 11, 561 91 Huskvarna, Sweden ("Edlund Frames", "we", "us"). Edlund Frames is a trademark of Edlund Smide AB. Contact: info@edlundframes.com, +46 73 724 83 25.

2. Scope

These terms apply to all purchases made in our online store. By placing an order, you accept these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

3. Orders and contract

An order is binding once you have received our order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order, for example in case of obvious pricing errors or if an item cannot be delivered. If we cancel, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected in the store and include shipping. For customers outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes are not included (see our Shipping Policy). Payment is made through the payment methods offered at checkout.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 3–6 weeks. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Refund Policy for details and conditions.

7. Complaints and warranty

If an item is faulty, you have the right to make a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer law. Contact us with your order number and photos of the problem.

8. Product use and fitment

Our frames are sold as components for custom motorcycle builds. Installation should be carried out by a qualified person. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the finished motorcycle complies with the vehicle registration, inspection and road-traffic rules in the country where it will be used. Fitment information refers to the original model years listed and is provided as guidance.

9. Trademarks

Edlund Frames is not affiliated with, authorized or endorsed by Harley-Davidson. Harley-Davidson, Knucklehead, Panhead and related names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe which models our products fit.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue with us. Consumers in the EU may also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN). This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
