Returns & refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Edlund frame. If you are not, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day you received it, without giving any reason.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at info@edlundframes.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us.

Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unmodified and in the same condition as you received it. Frames that have been welded, cut, drilled, painted, powder coated or otherwise modified cannot be returned.
  • Please pack the item securely, preferably in the original packaging. You are responsible for any damage caused by insufficient packaging during the return.
  • Items made to the customer's own specifications (custom orders) cannot be returned, unless they are faulty.

Return shipping

The customer pays the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days. The original shipping cost is refunded in accordance with applicable consumer law. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us as soon as possible at info@edlundframes.com with your order number and photos of the problem. In these cases we cover the cost of return shipping and will repair, replace or refund the item. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

Customs and import charges

Customs duties, import VAT and other import charges paid on orders shipped outside the EU are not refundable by us. You may be able to reclaim them from your local customs authority.
