Free shipping worldwide
Shipping is free on all frames, to all countries we deliver to. The shipping cost is included in the price shown in our store.
Delivery time
Every Edlund frame is built in our workshop in Sweden. Estimated delivery time is 3–6 weeks from order, including build time and transport. When your order ships, we will email you with the shipping details.
Customs, duties and taxes
- Within the EU: No customs duties apply.
- Outside the EU (for example USA, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Japan and Australia): Your order may be subject to customs duties, import VAT/sales tax and handling fees charged by your country's customs authority or the carrier. These charges are not included in our prices and are paid by the customer on delivery. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure about the costs.
If a shipment is refused and returned to us because import charges were not paid, the return shipping cost will be deducted from any refund.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct, as the carrier may need to contact you to arrange delivery of these large, heavy items (approx. 37 kg / 82 lb).
Damaged in transit
Inspect your shipment on delivery. If the package or item is damaged, note it with the carrier if possible and contact us within 7 days at info@edlundframes.com with photos, and we will make it right.
